Keep it fresh and delicious with an easy-to-do Pulled Beef Burrito Bowl!

Our tasty garlic free and onion free Pulled Beef Duo feeds 4 with this easy-win, get into it!

Mix it up: This recipe is great with Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken and Pulled Mushrooms.

Ingredients: 

  • 1x Pulled Beef Duo Pack
  • Cooked rice - 2 cups
  • 1/4 iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into ~10mm chunks
  • 1 tin black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 fresh or tinned corn, drained and rinsed
  • Pickled red onion garnish (finely sliced and soaked in vinegar/sugar)
  • Jalapeno slices to garnish
  • Other toppers: Hot Sauce, Mayonnaise, salsa, etc


Method: 

1. Prepare rice as per pack instructions

2. Slice onion and soak in vinegar with 1tsp dissolved sugar. Drain before use

3. Slice lettuce and tomatoes

4. Drain and rinse beans and corn

5. Heat Pulled Beef as per instructions

6. Assemble 4 bowls with rice as a base, dividing components up between bowls

7. Enjoy!
