Fast, easy, filling, the perfect side!
On these ones we've used our wood-smoked JS#4 All-Rounder seasoning, which delivers great flavours and rich colour, but use any of our our wood-smoked seasonings
INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4
4 large potatoes, washed and sliced lengthways into 1/8's wedges
2 tbsp Olive oil
3-4 teaspoons of DF Smoke Haus wood-smoked S#4 All-Rounder seasoning
Easy-peasey, cut the wedges and mix with the oil in a bowl to coat.
Then add the seasoning, mixing again to coat evenly.
Load in the air-frier and set to 180degC for 20-25min, and done!
Alternatively put in a 200degC oven for 30-40min or until golden brown.
Serve with some sour cream and sweet chilli sauce for that extra kick!
