INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4
4 barramundi fillet steaks
Olive oil drizzle, both sides
~1-2 tsp of Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Savoury Garlic & Pepper wood-smoked seasoning (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 180degC fan-forced.
Prepare alfoil trays for each fillet. Place fillets skin side up.
Drizzle and rub in olive oil, then season to taste and rub in.
Turn fillets over and repeat with oil and seasoning.
Fold the base alfoil trays up around the fillets.
Place another alfoil piece on top of each fillet, and fold around under each fillet.
Place on an oven tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with potatoes or oven chips and vegies, enjoy!
