Hot HOT HOT Sauce with Roasted Pepper & Smoked Carolina Reaper 140ml (GF)

Preface: I am extremely picky with my hot sauces. It seems that everything out there is too vinegary, too sweet, lacking in flavour, or just not that spicy- then this sauce came into my life.

It was so good that I was still downstairs in the kitchen making dinner when I licked the lid and had to text my fiance about how amazing it was because I couldn't wait until I went upstairs to tell him. I started to worry that the rest of the sauce wouldn't be as delicious, since the bit stuck to the inside of the lid is always more concentrated, but boy was I wrong. I've never met a hot sauce that has made me say "oh my God" so many times or audibly moan in pleasure as I lick the bottle neck, unable to bear the thought of losing even a drop of this precious red gold.

Spice level: 9/10

Have some full-fat yogurt nearby. You could be crying because of how delicious it is, or it could also be because your mouth is going numb with pain.

Flavour: 11/10

Bursting with freshness and strong notes of mouth-watering smoky peppers, this sauce has the perfect balance of salt, vinegar, and isn't too watery.

Overall: 10/10

If you can handle some heat, please try this sauce. So far I've only had it straight, on a tortilla chip, and mixed into some salsa. There are still a million more ways for me to enjoy this sauce, but it was too good not to immediately leave a review.

Tried this for the first time at the Toowoomba Markets over the weekend and I am already looking to buy more. It is hot, but with the right amount will add a good amount of heat with the flavour of the chilli coming through nicely. Great product.
