We had the pleasure of dropping into the Triple M Darling Downs Studios in Toowoomba to feed the crew Breakfast!!
What a place, the vibe in that place is awesome, everyone is happily an smoothly getting the job done, and the reactions to us and our products was superb!
In 10 minutes I used their kitchen to prepare pulled pork and smoked mushroom rolls, and boy did they go down well!
They just couldn't believe it was that fast, with barely any kitchen mess to manage haha!
Easy to knock up at home, it was:
- 12 soft white rolls
- Squirt of Kepwie mayo on the base to anchor the tomatoes
- Sliced tomato layer
- 1x Family pack of DF Smoke Haus Pulled Pork (with some left over for toasties later on)
- 1x Duo pack of DF Smoke Haus Smoked Whole Mushrooms
- Handful of spinach leaves
- More Kewpie mayo to anchor the top
Then serve, and watch those faces, they WILL be coming back for seconds!!!
