Cowboy Butter with Darling Downs Dust

Using only our Darling Downs Dust rub and room temp butter, this recipe is Ka-Boom! Instant Flavour!

Elevate your next BBQ with our delicious Cowboy Butter.

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp Darling Downs Dust

- 3 tbs butter

Method:

1. Warm butter to room temperature

2. Mix in the Dust.

3. Serve 'as is', or roll in cling wrap and harden in the fridge.

4. Melt over steak, potatoes, corn, green beans -- anything you like!

5. Enjoy
