Easy-Delicious Cowboy Butter Corn Ribs

Smoker time is 30-45min

Can be done hot and fast on your BBQ grill!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ears of Corn on the Cob
  • Cowboy Butter, melted. Use 1tsp Darling Downs Dust in 3tbsp melted butter
  • Basting brush
  • Bakers cooling rack (grid tray)

PREPARATION – 15min

  • Make the Cowboy Butter, melting butter in microwave for ~10seconds
  • Cut the corn cobs in half
  • Place them on end on a chopping board, and CAREFULLY cut vertically down with a sharp knife. Hold handle in one hand, and use your other hand on the blunt side of the knife to slowly force it down, keeping fingers clear
  • Cut the half-lengths longwise into quarter-length ribs
  • Baste each rib with melted Cowboy Butter
  • Arrange on the grid rack

SMOKER  

  • Heat smoker to 110-120degC (230-250degF)
  • Place grid rack in smoker
  • Smoke for 30min, then remove

SERVE

  • Serve warm, and enjoy!
