Easy-Delicious Cowboy Butter Mushrooms

Smoker time is ~30-45min

Can be done hot and fast on your BBQ grill!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 large Portobello mushrooms
  • Cowboy Butter, melted. Use 1tsp Darling Downs Dust in 3tbsp melted butter
  • Basting brush
  • Bakers cooling rack (grid tray)

PREPARATION – 15min

  • Make the Cowboy Butter, melting butter in microwave for ~10seconds
  • Wash and lightly dry the mushrooms
  • Place them on the grid rack, stalk facing upwards
  • Baste each mushroom with melted Cowboy Butter

SMOKER

  • Heat smoker to 110-120degC (230-250degF)
  • Place grid rack in smoker
  • Smoke for 30-60min depending on size, then remove, draining off excess juices

SERVE

  • Serve warm, and enjoy!
