INGREDIENTS
- 10 large Portobello mushrooms
- Cowboy Butter, melted. Use 1tsp Darling Downs Dust in 3tbsp melted butter
- Basting brush
- Bakers cooling rack (grid tray)
PREPARATION – 15min
- Make the Cowboy Butter, melting butter in microwave for ~10seconds
- Wash and lightly dry the mushrooms
- Place them on the grid rack, stalk facing upwards
- Baste each mushroom with melted Cowboy Butter
SMOKER
- Heat smoker to 110-120degC (230-250degF)
- Place grid rack in smoker
- Smoke for 30-60min depending on size, then remove, draining off excess juices
SERVE
- Serve warm, and enjoy!
