10 minute Tacos with Smoked Pulled Mushroom Bites
Super-fast meaty chunky Taco bites, with only All-Natural ingredients - you wont believe its mushroom!
SERVES 4
To serve 2, use 1 x 250g pack and halve the other ingredients
INGREDIENTS
2 packs of 250g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Smoked Pulled Mushroom Bites
12 soft tacos
1/4 red onion, diced
1 avocado, sliced
125g tinned corn
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/4 bunch coriander, chopped
1 lime, cut to wedges
METHOD
Follow the Pulled Mushroom Bite pack instructions to heat.
Slice and dice the fresh ingredients, preparing in small dishes ready for load-up.
When hot, place the Bites in a bowl ready for serving, serve immediately.
Line up your hungry hippo's and let everyone load up on their plates, adding a final lime squeeze to taste.
