Super easy and quick, everyone loves these! Try the Burger Sauce, it's AMAZING, and will be delicious on any of our pulled meats.
To dial it up, you can also load on fried bacon bits, corn kernels, chives, salsa, guacamole, etc... no-one will mind if you go nuts on this...
SERVES 4 - PREP TIME 15min - COOK TIME 35min (mainly the chips in oven)

INGREDIENTS
- 1x 280g Duo pack Darling Fresh Pulled Pork 280g
- 1 big bag of Freezer chips ~750g, pick your favourite ones
- 1/2 cup grated cheese, mozzarella or pizza blend, add more if you like :)
- 1 small tub sour cream, left out on the bench so it's easier to dollop
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped fine
- 1 jalapeno chili - sliced in rings and then halved
- Burger Sauce: Mix up 1/2 Mayo, 1/4 Smoke Haus BBQ Sauce, 1/4 Yellow mustard

PROCESS
- Get your chips in the oven first, these will take the longest
- Mix your burger sauce, we usually make 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup in total, that's plenty
- Slice your onion and jalapenos, and prep anything else you are loading on: bacon bits, avocado, guacamole, corn, salsa, chives etc
- Heat your pulled pork (2min) then chill until your chips are done
- Load the hot chips into a serving dish, then layer the Pulled Pork and cheese on top
- Turn the oven down to 180degc, pop them back in for ~5min or until it looks too good not to eat
- Load up your toppings: we went 1) Burger sauce 2) sour cream 3) jalapeno's 4) onion
- Watch it get demolished by your hungry tribe
