Theres nothing better than a great fish taco, and this one certainly delivers. With a deliciously light crumb and perfect aioli, the tray will be empty before you know it!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Smoke Haus Salt and Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- White corn small street tacos, ~3 per person, more for big eaters
- Whiting fillets cut into quarters
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2tbsp Smoke Haus Salt and Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 Red Cabbage Shredded
- 1/4 White Cabbage Shredded
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- Thinly sliced Jalapeno
Method
- Combine 1 tbsp SGP with 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- Combine 2 tbsp SGP with 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- Coat Whiting pieces in breadcrumb mixture, shallow fry in a light oil
- Combine shredded Cabbage with mayonnaise and mix
- Load your tacos
- Tuck in
