Ingredients
- Smoke Haus Pulled Mushroom Bites
- Hard corn Taco Shells
- 1 punnet Cherry tomatoes but into small pieces
- 1/4 red onion diced
- Coriander
- 125g Tinned Corn
- Lime
Method
- Prepare your Smoke Haus pack as per instructions
- Empty pack onto sandwich press and fry until the outside is crispy
- Combine chopped tomatoes, red onion and coriander to taste, adding a splash of white vinegar if you want some tang.
- Pan fry drained tinned corn
- Load your tacos in the same order
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime
