Ingredients
- Smoke Haus Pulled Beef Duo
- Smoke-Roasted BBQ Sauce 240ml (GF) - Darling Fresh Smoke Haus
- White corn small street tacos, ~3 per person, more for big eaters
- 1 punnet mini cucumbers
- 1/4 Wombok Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 Cup Kimchi, medium chop
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Prepare your Smoke Haus pack as per instructions
- Cut Mini cucumbers into quarters lengthways
- Combine Wombok, Kimchi and Mayonnaise
- Load your tacos in the same order
- Add Some BBQ Sauce
