Ingredients (Vegetarian/Vegan)

Fable meaty pulled mushroom (78%) [shiitake mushroom, coconut oil, isolated soy protein, sugar, tapioca flour, gluten free soy sauce, yeast extract, salt, white pepper, black pepper], tomato paste, brown sugar, apple juice, molasses, red wine vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, celery seeds, cloves.

Contains Soy. May contain traces of Egg, Peanut, Sesame and Gluten.

Heating Instructions

Microwave or Stove Top 

Ensure the sealed bag flap is open before heating

1) Microwave: Place on plate. Poke 2 holes in top. Microwave on High for 2min. Careful HOT. Rest for 2min.

2) Stove Top: Submerge in large pan of water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 2min. Careful HOT. Use tongs to transfer to a plate.

Serving Instructions

With pouch flat on plate, cut bag seal off with scissors. Hold base of pouch and pull to slide product onto plate or into bowl. Serve and Enjoy!

Products may be removed from the pouch and reheated, although as they are already cooked, only a gentle heat to a minimum of 60oC is needed. When preparing products removed from the pouch, moisture will be lost and affect product quality and consistency. To minimise this, add small amounts of water while reheating.
