At the recent iconic TSBE Darling Downs Beef Battle, Brown Brothers provided perfectly matched wines, impressing Jeff from Darling Fresh Smoke Haus, who met Rebecca from Brown Brothers at the event. After connecting and swapping products, the idea to collaborate and pair wood-smoked foods with the perfect wines was hatched.
We just loved the wines, and knowing they would partner perfectly with our all-natural smoked meal recipes, we got in touch. When Brown Brothers responded so positively, it was game on.
Excited to move ahead, three Smoke Haus recipes were selected, to which the perfect wines were found. The Brown Brothers team selected wines from their Origins Series, which features a range of exotic wine styles drawing inspiration from Mediterranean landscapes and warm summer days.
A series of short videos were created, delivering a superb meal on the table in 3 steps: heat, serve, enjoy, complete with a wine pour and glass clink at the end.
Local Toowoomba food photographer Kat Lynn from Foodie Shots shot the footage, with local E-Commerce experts Swanky Agency cleverly creating the fun clips.
