INGREDIENTS

1 pack of 560g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Smoked Pulled Pork

2 x 280g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus pulled pork Duo pack

12 hard taco shells

1/4 red onion, diced

1/2 tomato, sliced

1/4 Oakleaf lettuce, finely sliced

1/2 cup grated cheese

100ml sour cream

2g Chives, chopped to 1cm sticks

METHOD

Follow the Pulled Pork pack instructions to heat.

Slice and dice the fresh ingredients, preparing in small dishes ready for load-up.

When hot, mix the Pulled Pork in a bowl ready for serving, serve immediately.

Let your Hungry Hippo's load up their own tacos, adding a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives to finish.
