Bringing in some great flavours, this burger has delicious Beef Brisket with horseradish cream, mustard, sauerkraut, pickles, tomato and fresh lettuce.
All in record time, and easy-win!

INGREDIENTS
1 x 560g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Beef Brisket
1 pack frozen oven chips
6 fresh rolls
3 tsp horseradish cream
125g sour cream
Mustard, to taste
6 serves of gherkins, sliced
1/4 jar sauerkraut (optional)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 head lettuce
Serve with oven chippies with a dollop of horseradish cream on top!

METHOD
Get the Oven Chips on
This will take the most time so time your burger-run to the chippies, following the instructions on pack.
Make the Horseradish Cream
In a ramekin sized bowl, mix the horseradish cream and sour cream well.

Prepare the Brisket
Heat the pack as per instructions.
Create the Burgers
Cut the rolls in half horizontally, spreading mustard on the bottom, and horseradish cream on the top.
From the bottom up, add layer in the brisket, sauerkraut, pickles, sliced tomatoes, and fresh lettuce.
Close off and serve with the Chippies, Enjoy!
