INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4
8 small-medium bread rolls
1 Duo pack of 280g Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Pulled Pork
1 small tub of Coleslaw (Supermarket or use the delicious recipe from our Beef Brisket Burgers)
Small handful of fresh spinach leaves
Your favourite BBQ sauce (we love Sweet Baby Rays: yum!)
Option for hungry tummies: Pack out the meal with some air-frier or oven chips
METHOD
Get the ingredients all sliced and ready for loading
Follow the pack pack instructions to heat the Pulled Pork in 2.5minutes
Open the rolls and load in the following order:
- Mayo
- Coleslaw
- Spinach leaves
- Pulled Pork
- BBQ sauce
Serve and Enjoy!!
