This recipe is super-fast and economical at under $6 per person, and it fills up the hungry hordes. You can easily upscale this with a bigger pack of pork and more coleslaw so if you kids bring home 5 hungry friends everyone gets fed.

Ingredients
4 Damper Rolls
1/4 Red Cabbage
1/4 White Cabbage
Mayonnaise to taste
Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Pulled Pork Duo $15.50

Method
Shred Red and White Cabbage, mix in Mayonnaise to taste.
Heat Pulled Pork as per pack instructions.
Slice open Rolls and add your coleslaw and Pulled Pork
Add your Darling Fresh Smoke Haus BBQ Sauce
