Pulled Chicken Fried Rice Dinner plus 6 lunches
When we're looking for Value you can't go past a big tasty-licious Fried Rice with our Pulled chicken, we fed 4 with 6 leftover lunches!
INGREDIENTS - Serves 4 plus 6 lunches

METHOD
- Put on the rice as per packet instructions
- Use a wok or large frying pan on med-high heat
- Beat the eggs and season to taste (we used our Darling Downs Dust). Heat a splash of oil in the wok and scramble, remove and set aside
- Heat more oil and lightly fry the bacon and spring onions
- Halfway through, add in the capsicum and stir through
- When done, add the remaining veggies and stir to heat
- Prepare the Pulled Chicken as per pack instructions. Add and stir through.
- Add the cooked rice, scrambled eggs, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir through well
- Serve and enjoy!
