Seasoned Roast Veggies

Warming and so easy, these delicious Roast Veggies are super-tasty, seasoned with our wood-smoked savoury garlic & pepper rub.

Try any of our seasonings for some variety!

INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4

2 large potatoes, cut to 1.5cm thickness

1 head of garlic, cloves peeled

1 medium sweet potato, cut to 1.5cm thickness

1 red onion, cut into quarters (leave whole)

1 large carrot, sliced into 1.5cm rounds

~ 3tbsp olive oil to coat potatoes

2 tsp of Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Savoury Garlic & Pepper wood-smoked seasoning

Preheat the oven to 180degC fan-forced.

Prepare the veggies in a large bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and season, then mix well.

Place in an oven dish and roast for 60minutes.

Serve with a light garnish of sliced spring onions or chives.
