An easy win when you want good healthy food fast!
Use our smoked chicken, pork, brisket, or mushrooms to make a tasty meal that is guaranteed to impress!
INGREDIENTS - SERVES 4
1 pack of 8 large tortilla wraps
1 pack of 560g (or 2 packs of 280g) Darling Fresh Smoke Haus Sliced Chicken Thigh Fillets
OR our Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Smoked Mushrooms or Pulled Mushroom Bites
2 x tomatoes, sliced. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper and mix through
Fine shavings of red onion
1x continental cucumber, slice in half lengthways then shop to 2mm thick
1/2 avocado into slices
6 cheese slices
Iceberg lettuce shopped to 10mm, typically 1/4 to 1/2
Mayonnaise, or even try tzatziki or natural yoghurt
Other ideas:
- Add grated carrot and/or chopped parsley for colour,
- Add crushed cashews and/or potato crisps for texture (its awesome!),
- Add sliced chilli, shopped coriander, sriracha mayo and/or sesame seeds for some big flavour highlights!
Follow the pack pack instructions to heat the smoked goodness
Prep all the veggies ready to load
Place wraps on plates and fill-up, for some fun get everyone to make their own.
